In this Privacy Statement, you can read all about your personal data, how it’s collected and how it’s handled. This explains where your data is stored and for what purposes your data is stored. 

The privacy Statement will sometimes be changed by, for example, legislative changes. It is therefore advisable to periodically consult the statement. 

If you leave a comment on our site, you could choose if your name, e-mail address and website will be saved in cookies. these are for your convenience so that you don’t have to re-enter your details if you leave another comment. These cookies will be stored for one year. If you have an account and log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain any personal information and will be deleted when you close your browser. 

When you sign up, we will also set different cookies to store your login information and your screen display options. Sign-in cookies last for two days and cookies for screen options take a year. If you select “Remember me,” your login will remain for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the sign-in cookies will be deleted. 

When you leave comments on this site, we collect the information shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address and the browser operator series to help spam detection. An anonymous series created based on your email address (called hash) can be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The privacy policy of the Gravatar service is available here: After your comment has been approved, your photo will be visible to the public in the context of your comment. 

At the moment you contact through the contact form or email, the data you send, such as your name, company name and email address will be stored on the mail server. Mails are kept up to a maximum of 7 years.

The email form Militex is hosted by Solcon. If you contact us via the registration form or via e-mail, these e-mails will be stored on Solcon’s servers. Militex has concluded a processing agreement with Braind and Solcon. 

STATISTICS collects your data to improve the website. This is done with Google Analytics. These data are anonymous and are therefore not bound to your personal data. Data such as the duration of your website visit or the pages you visit.

MANAGEMENT is managed by IBI², Institute for Biomimicry Innovations, who process personal data on behalf of Militex, for management and maintenance of our website, research and analysis, management and promotion of Militex has concluded a processing agreement with IBI² en Braind.

HOSTING is hosted by Solcon. IBI², Institute for Biomimicry Innovations, has signed processor agreement with Solcon as the webmanager of The website and it’s back-ups are hosted by Braind and Solcon. Data that you leave on the Militex website is stored on the Solcon servers. 

If you’ve left a comment or filled out a contact form, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including all the information that you have provided to us. you can also ask us to delete all personal information we have about you. this does not include all data that we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
